Eighteen months ago my wife and i purchased our house in Port Melbourne and Jon was the agent that we dealt with. Our experience left us in no doubt that Jon would sell our apartment . We have tried selling the apartment before and been really disappointed with another agent who convinced us to go hard with an expensive campaign where not one offer was made. Jon understood our concern, decided in a softer approach at a time due to Covid restrictions which culminated in a lot of private inspections. Our faith was vindicated with the property selling the day before we entered Stage 4 restrictions and in the range we had set, to say we were over the moon is an understatement . Could not recommend Jon and Chisholm Gamon Port Melbourne enough!

Not all agents are the same. Thank goodness!!! I stand completely corrected on so many counts - Jon absolutely did the job he said he would... He sold my apartment fast, no fuss and got the right price! Its clear he absolutely knows his market and his clients. Jon is an excellent communicator, very easy to talk to and he was amazing at talking me through my first sale process. Can't recommend him highly enough!

From discussing the marketing, the many individual inspections because of Covid19, through to the offer, and then the all important SOLD sign, all was seamless. I started talking to Jon 5 years ago, just for a valuation and the possibility of selling at some stage. This is an emotional sale - but Jon would give me a call (not a text or email) every 6 months to see how I was progressing and an update on the Port Melbourne market.
