The whole experience was seamless and he made us feel so comfortable and confident that we were doing everything right to get the sale and the price we wanted. He was really communicative and let us get involved as much or as little as we wanted to. It was a challenging ask - selling an apartment right in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic, with so many restrictions, and uncertainty in the economy, but Jon managed to get it sold, and get the price we wanted! I initially met Jon when I inquired about a property on Graham Street. At that time he asked several questions so as to assess what I was looking for, where I wanted to live, and purchase price. He did this in a very non threatening, warm and professional manner. He immediately knew what I wanted. His knowledge and experience of living in the area made me feel very confident as this was a completely new area for me. He showed me several properties before my purchase of Seisman Place and was aware and respectful of my disappointment of the Esplanade East apartment. After this purchase and prior to settlement, Jon or his colleague Tracy Wilson were always willing to help with queries and happy to meet here for measurements etc.I felt nothing was too much trouble for either of them.
