I have just sold my unit in Rouse St Port Melbourne through the assistance of Jon Kett and staff at Chisholm and Gamon in Port Melbourne. This was a huge "learning experience" for me, as I haven't sold a property for over 30 years. So, as a virtual newby, I had a lot to learn and Jon was great in bringing me up to speed. He also kept me informed after every inspection and whenever something of any relevance happened. Looking back over the process, the strategy was appropriate and professional and I was pleased he had such great local knowledge of the Port Melbourne market. In particular, he developed a strong relationship with prospective buyers and had a modus operandi of sustained interaction and follow-up with them.
