I read a number of reviews in regards to Jon before I entered into a contract of sale with him. The main thing I kept reading was how good his communication was. The reviews were spot on. He was tremendous. In all four areas of review, market knowledge, communication, credibility and negotiation he was fantastic. I honestly couldn't fault him in anyway. He has a great team of people around him and understands his reputation proceeds him. I wouldn't hesitate in using him again and highly recommend him. There is no spin or games he is a professional.

I strongly recommend Jon. Our situation was a difficult one emotionally and Jon was perfect for the sale. Jon fully understood our needs and designed a strategy that would remove all stress from the process. What separated Jon from the beginning was his access to buyers rather than databases, along with his relaxed and professional approach. Jon's immediate access to buyers allowed us to establish a strategy of going off-market for a period prior to considering the need for what can be a stressful auction campaign. That said the clear communication we had from Jon, and his detailed but flexible approach to strategy, would have alleviated this auction stress I'm sure. We sold off market for a result and in a time period that we were delighted with. Use Jon.
