Most agents ply their craft by managing expectations. Particularly for a vendor. They entreat you with the optimistic view to get your listing. Then afterwards manage you down. I know this sounds cynical. But once you know what they are doing you have, well, agency! What I enjoyed about Sam is he listened to our expectations. Spoke to the challenges of them. And the possibilities. But never lost sight of what we had hoped. Rather than contest it...he went about matching our expectations. And to be honest..exceeding them . He talks straight with no hint of colour or fluff. And he listens. He got a record high for the apartment block for us. Our expectations were met. And then some.
