When you purchase a house ( admittedly this is only the 2nd we have bought in our 22 years in Australia!) you expect the Real Estate Agent to have an in depth appreciation of the suburb and comparable prices. What is less expected is a comprehensive run down on the make up of the street, people living on the street and whether or not it would be a good 'fit' for the prospective purchaser. Sam demonstrated significant patience with us as we navigated the sale of our family home to allow us to be in a position to make an offer on this property. Sam liaised extensively with the vendor to reassure her that we were not 'kicking tyres' despite the slight delay in us being able to make a formal offer. Sam conducted himself at all times in a professional manner- he was courteous and polite and provided the benefit of his significant experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Warwick sold two properties for me. I am based in Sydney, so needed to work with Warwick remotely which was not a hassle. He helped me work with a heap of different trades to get the properties into the best condition for sale and achieve the highest sale price. He communicated exceptionally the whole way through and negotiated a great sales (price) outcome, despite a softening market. He demonstrated great integrity and is an agent you can really trust. He even organised for his property management team to look after the existing lease when Cayzer abandoned me after 15 years when I didn't give them the listing.
