Elliot sold my apartment in Richmond in early 2015, and I was very satisfied with his overall performance. The sales process did not go according to plan. The market had reservations about the apartment that we did not anticipate, the timing of the eventual sale dragging into the Xmas/holiday period was less than ideal due to flood damage just before the planned campaign launch, plus we had uncooperative tenants to deal with through the inspections. I entered into the process of selling my property with some trepidation. Carrying out extensive research prior to engaging with agencies left me highly skeptical and roundly suspicious. I spent a deal of time preparing to select an agency and interviewed representatives from each of the local organisations for about an hour and a half. I then rated organisations on 9 criteria.
