We interviewed 3 agencies to sell our property. It was a unique property presented beautifully which Clayton commented that it was very sellable, it was not about, would the property sell, rather how to market the property, create the interest to achieve a result which would meet our expectations.. His ability to tailor a marketing strategy for our particular property and not follow stock standard methods used by many agents made Clayton stand out and his appointment the obvious decision. He then delivered a fantastic result, he kept us informed of all buyers, their level of interest etc which made the decision during the auction on the day to place the property on the market for unreserved sale a less stressful decision. Elliot stepped us through a sensible and comprehensive campaign strategy, which was well informed by his intimate knowledge of local market and buyer sentiment. Detailed reports/updates/explanations throughout the campaign gave us comfort in our decision making and instruction in negotiating the potential buyers. I have dealt with Elliot for the past 8 years over both the Stonnington and Boroondara areas.
