We were pretty disappointed with the amount of interest in our townhouse, but happy with what Clayton managed to achieve despite this. Not sure if the low interest was bad luck, low demand in general, problem with marketing, not enough/the wrong type contacts on the agent's list... I suppose we will never know. But given we had one bidder and one bid at auction, Clayton did have the skill and experience to get us to a position where we were happy to sell.

As a buyer, Will was a great agent because he was not "pushy" and did not try and do the hard sell. He provided the required details, responded promptly to phone calls and emails and kept me informed both pre and post auction. I was even sent a bottle of wine (a nice one too) and some yummy chocolates with a note of congratulations after the purchase. After settlement when there were a couple of keys missing, Will offered to pay for the cost of the locksmith and prompty settled the cost. This is my first property and I would definitely recommend Will as an agent. He was professional and courteous and was always happy to help with any queries both before and after the purchase.
