Great to deal with
Jodie was awesome from the initial meeting with her. She provided accurate and honest feedback regarding our property, and was great with communication throughout the whole process. Her local knowledge was fantastic and we were extremely happy with the final result. Would highly recommend her.

Very Happy Client
Will managed the sale of a property owned by my brother and myself. Will gave us updates after all open inspections, and advised of the expected number of bidders and provided an expected realistic price range. On the day of the auction we were guided by Will on what to expect and how to proceed. At the end auction Will negotiated a price with the highest bidder, resulting in a sale on the day. Very happy and more than pleased to recommend Will to others

No stone left unturned
Led by Elliott, the team at Jellis Craig were absolutely sensational in every way imaginable. This was our first time selling a place and we were just not sure of what to expect. Elliot handled the entire transaction with extreme professionalism and was very diligent in putting together the proposal and ultimately executing the sale. Elliott was also our auctioneer and was absolutely brilliant on the day with trying to get the highest bid and subsequently helping us negotiate with the buyers to ultimately sell the place. Elliott was also very well supported by Simon Dale who was always in close contact with the prospects and in giving us ongoing updates. Would definitely do business with and highly recommend Elliot.

Highly recommended
The sale campaign of my house went very well. Elliot was a fabulous agent and auctioneer. Friends of mine who attended the auction had nothing but compliments for Elliot's ability to work with and read the crowd. Throughout the campaign, Elliot provided lots of feedback about the open inspections and potential buyers, calling me after each one to report on how the open went. I would highly recommend Elliot as an agent for his professionalism, courtesy, encouragement and just plain niceness! Other members of the Jellis Craig team were also extremely helpful as well, assisting with recommendations for stylists, tradespeople, photography for the campaign brochures, all of which went smoothly. All in all, the process of what is an extremely stressful but important event in one's life was made easy by Elliot and his team. My wife and I both were delighted with Claytons efforts on our behalf. He is a most pleasant, open, experienced, knowledgeable, and thoroughly likeable young man. He explained everything to us and to potential purchasers, he worked very hard to give detailed feedback and progress to all involved in the process of selling and buying a house, and he was just the most open and likeable man to deal with. He and all of his team of agents, stylist, copywriter, photographer, were really pleasant and professional. Clayton had been referred to us by an acquaintance and we can now know why. We would recommend Clayton and Jellis Craig to our children and friends without hesitation. We also loved the way he conducted the auction which was respectful and personal to all bidders. I don't think we have ever received that level of inclusion and feedback and pleasantness from any other professional organisation or individual. Obviously, we are very happy to have these comments used to spread the good word of our positive experiences.

Ear to the ground
Jodie has her finger on the pulse, ear to the ground… in constant communicardo, keeping both prospective buyers and vendors in the loop throughout the entire sales process. When the pressure amounts, Jodie focuses on the goal: get the buyers through the door and their hands in their pockets! Supported by a fantastic team, it's thumbs up from us, second time round!
