Very professional and personable
My partner and I had a great experience selling our house with Carla and David. They both showed a great depth of understanding for the market and where we were positioned within it. Our initial impression of Carla and David was that they presented as very genuine people with a high level integrity, honesty and reliability. All of these attributes proved true throughout our campaign. They also had an approach that didn’t leave us pressured or uncomfortable throughout what can be a stressful process. We would happily recommend Carla and David to others looking for realestate agent.

A pleasure to work with

Talia has been involved in the sale of a couple of properties for us. We would most highly recommend Talia. She is very professional in all aspects of her work, as well as being very easy to communicate with, knowledgeable of all aspects of the sale process and extremely helpful. In preparing our properties for sale, Talia has a knack of knowing how best to present the property without necessarily incurring a lot of expense, and she is very helpful in this regard. Her service is impeccable and is always very prompt in responding to us. Throughout the sale processes, Talia has been an excellent agent, and we do not hesitate to highly recommend her.

Excellent agent
Daniel provided us with excellent service with professionalism and integrity right through the whole campaign which meant that we felt very confident that we would achieve the best outcome possible. Daniel was efficient and thorough and his regular communication with us was greatly appreciated. At all times we felt well supported and all of our questions were promptly addressed by Daniel and the team at Jellis Craig. Daniel was a great support on auction day and we felt well prepared for the auction and the advice we received helped us to handle the day as best we could. Personable agent with solid industry knowledge
Talia Tomaino recently sold our Malvern property. We engaged Talia as she is personable, down to earth and has the ability to have commercial conversations in relation to strategy, price and desired outcomes. Talia was critical to our successful campaign as she took the time to understand our potential buyers, their drivers and what they were looking for in their next home. Our weekly updates with Talia were thorough and she took the time to call both my husband and I after every inspection, this ensured we were both fully engaged in the campaign. On auction day Talia ensured that all of the key “in” buyers were in attendance and engaged, this resulted in four unique bidders and a sold price that met our reserve.
