David was recommended by a friend and I am very glad I took her advice. I had quotes done by three other agents and although they were all professional and knowledgeable, we chose David as he was very thorough in talking through all aspects of the current market and then all options for us. Even though he loved our apartment he filled us in on all aspects of the current market and at no time gave us an over inflated value. He also never patronised us or did the whole 'leave it up to me, I'll get you the $$' talk. Through the inspection David's attention to detail was impressive. We were astounded how much information he got out of perspective buyers and his report each week was incredibly thorough. At all times we were aware of what the interest was and where it was coming from. In the end we were able to sell before auction for a very solid price at a time when most apartments in our area were being passed in. We know we got the best price available and that was due to David's knowledge on when to act and his negotiation skills.
