Dear Toby, I have been meaning to write to you on behalf of Mum and the family, to thank you Nick and the rest of your team for negotiating the successful sale of Barnard Grove. We are settling next Monday and to my horror I find I still haven't thanked you. 54 Barnard was our family home and designed and largely built by Dad. It is full of wonderful memories and we all felt you understood the significance and poignancy of our sale for Jane Peter and I. Our last few weeks have been spent moving and sorting through 60 years of history and it has proved a difficult task for mostly Jane and Peter as I have been unwell. We are almost there now and ready to move on but thanks Toby once again for your straight forwardness, clarity of thought and getting the job done on the day. A great auctioneer
I Had attended a few auctions conducted by Troy before being successful at 49 Allison. His description of the property under the hammer and his way in engaging the crowd encourages bidders and instills buyer confidence. I have no doubt even on the sale of this particular property Troy was able to achieve the maximum result for his client, the Vendor. I will certainly use him in the future on properties I decide to sell at auction.
