She is lovely to deal with and incredibly organised (she has to be as a full time working Mum with three boys). She has great communication skills - all through the sale process and afterwards we were kept informed as to what was going on and what would happen next. Claire really goes the extra mile - on auction day she even arranged for a free coffee van outside our house. She has restored my husband's faith in real estate agents! We engaged Maurice DiMarzio of Hocking Stuart Balwyn on the recommendation of friends. Maurice, Paul and Tim gave us advice on the best way to present out property, performed detailed follow-ups with all of the attendees at the Open For Inspections and communicated really well during the entire campaign. Maurice's highlight during our campaign were his negotiating skills and if we're in the same position again in the future we would look to engage Maurice again.
