I’ll try not to make this review sound pretentious or fake but summarizing the qualities of an individual through a blog post is a difficult task. Unfortuntely, relied upon Mark's committments regarding inspections by builder etc during settlement period that were confirmed over an email but did not eventuate as expected. The net result of the lack of access during settlement was that the renovation could not be pre planned costing us thousands in rent and other costs. Lessons learned by us was not to trust the agent and cover yourself by putting such important criteria into the contract. By contrast we as vendors gave access to the purchaser of our dwelling whenever requested for their impending development resulting in a positive outcome for the purchaser. Second item- we expressly requested not to disclose the purchase price- this was ignored as it went into the public domain for real estate sales. This unfortunately demonstated poor attention to detail by the agent of our request.

From day one Mark was gunning to sell our property at what we wanted, in the way we wanted. He listened to us. He was proactive and right on everything that needed doing. He sorted the photography and marketing out quickly and turned up for each appointment early, be it with the photographer, floor plan guy or potential clients so that no-one was ever waiting. He always took our calls or returned them quickly. He knew what he was there for, what he could offer in terms of his expertise and he did a good job. We sold very quickly at a price we were more than happy with, after he negotiated well with an interested buyer. This meant less stress and less bother. The kind of guy that given the opportunity to do a job, rises to the challenge and does it to the best of his ability.
