I had been in negotiatian with at least half a dozen other real estate agents before chosing to go with Charles. He was upfront with commission and bonuses without any hidden nasty surprises. Through the duration of dealing woth Charles I went from heavily pregnant to having a newborn. At no stage was Charles ever pushy. He was very accommodating to work around my schedule. I set my eserve price higher than all the real estate appraisals well before the campaign begun. This did not detor Charles. Through collaboration of using his credible recommendatipns of a furniture stylist/hire and gardener we were able to create a presentable home achieving higher than average inspections and sale price.
