I was so pleased with every aspect of dealing with Jellis Craig and especially my agent Charles Shi. Charles made what was an emotional decision to sell my family home of over 45 years, a far less stressful situation than it could have been. He was so respectful that it was a difficult decision and that we needed to reach the right price that I felt would respect my parents. I truly felt a great repour with Charles right from our first meeting and he is without a doubt the reason I choose Jellis Craig over a couple of other agencies. It wasn't one or two things that swayed me, whilst hard to put into words, it was just everything about the way Charles is and what he does. I would absolutely be straight back to Charles again if or when I need to buy or sell again.
