My wife and I were a little nervous about selecting an agent to sell our property in the Blackburn area of Melbourne but when we met Daniel Bullen from Jellis Craig in Blackburn we knew we had found the right bloke. We knew he knew the market place and was well respected in the industry but what was really important to us was that we trusted Daniel and we instantly liked him. He is a really good guy. Daniel and his team walked us through the process and the time line, he was very transparent in relation to costs and engaged us on the marketing plan and steps. Daniel was also very patient with us, we asked many questions about the selling range and he was happy to listen to us but was also deft in his ability to nudge us back on target when we would wonder off on some irrelevant tangent.
