I have only had positive experiences with Jensen Real estate. Both times I have listed my property with them, it was sold very quickly and at an excellent price. Karen was very professional and patient with me while I was deciding if I should put my unit on the market. Commission and advertising fees were not over the top either, I would highly recommend Karen and also Gavin

Gavin Curtis has and continues to be highly inappropriate and unprofessional. He has been proven to have ruined a sale, that is essence costs me $50,000. He claims to be able to facilitate an auction, however he clearly has limited skills in this area, this is evident as he proceeded with to auction my home only days after he failed to facilitate the house sale, he had even gone as far as placing a sold sign on the front of my home even though the said sale was unconditional and eventually fell through. Gavin has continued to lie and mislead me. Gavin has not only withheld pertinent information pertaining to the sale of my home, but also my house keys that he refused to return, I eventually had to engage and threaten Police action for the said keys to be returned. Gavin completely ignored legal written directives and chose to withhold money owed to me which was the remaining deposit that was held in trust by Jensens. The above are just a few examples of many that I have stated, word limitation restricts me from writing more examples. Obviously I have reported Gavin to Fair Trading.
