It was great dealing with Alex. He listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions that were a little outside our original thoughts. Without being pushy, he showed us some options that, while making us rethink our targets, ended up being a much better buy that we were thinking originally. I would certainly deal with him again.

Alex has worked hard for us to sell our property. He is very personable and capably communicates with both the vendors and buyers. If asked to recommend a real estate agent to someone who was contemplating selling their property I would be happy to recommend Alex Jacobs of JKL Real Estate. Bill Lyndon

We had the pleasure of dealing with Carlie during the somewhat protracted purchase of an Apartment in Forster. Carlie's professionalism, ease of contact and immediate response was, without question, at the highest level, all commitments were met and many were exceeded... Our purchase was somewhat extended due to Finance Negotiations, Carlie kept in tough with us and kept the Vendor up to date with our position - without any hassle or pressure. Any requests for further documentation were met immediately with item emailed after being prepared by her office. During our search for an apartment, we dealt with probably 6 agents, we found Carlie by far the best, we are still waiting on contact and documentation from some of the other agents. If you are buying or selling Real Estate there is only one choice ... Carlie Basham Thanks again Carlie. Rick & Jill Perram

I am very satisfied with the professionalism and skills shown by Ms Basham, during the marketing of my home. I have no hesitation in recommending her to other vendors, and indeed, my family later successfully listed the sale of our mother's home also with Ms Basham.
