For family reasons, the purchase of property in Forster was very important. Alex was most helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. When things became a bit tricky with the financing of the purchase due to it being over the Christmas holiday period, Alex was very reassuring. Alex made it clear that if there were any difficulties after the settlement was completed, I would only have to give him a ring for assistance.
