Luke was fantastic, friendly, easy to speak with, took all my concerns into account, and somehow removed all stress from the sale process. Positive from the beginning, Luke provided an accurate market appraisal and managed to achieve and even exceed those expectations. Thanks again for your help :)

Luke had a vey confident and professional approach that exceeded expectations in selling our property. His knowledge of the market and his energy gave us an amazing result. We felt that Luke truly worked for us as sellers and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Luke recently handled a property purchase for me. His comments about the area, the current state of the market and the intrinsic value of the villa in which I was interested were fair and honest. He understood what I was looking for and did not try the old sales pitch routine, for which I was grateful. His relationship with the vendors was clearly based on trust, and they were also happy with the outcome. I would have no hesitation recommending him, or his agency.

Luke was not the cheapest agent or the agent that estimated the highest sale price but he was the most relatable. His presentation was professional and detailed. Luke kept us informed all the through the process. The property sold at the higher end of his estimation and within the three weeks he predicted. We had had a previous positive relationship with of Goodsells as our Strata Managers so our expectations of Luke were high and he met them.

Recently Luke Schoonbeek from Goodsell Real Estate sold my Villa in Woy Woy. Luke went beyond his responsibilities in preparing my property for sale. He was efficient and professional and kept me informed during the process, selling the property quickly at a price well beyond my expectations. As I live in Sydney it was reassuring to be able to depend on Luke to take care of everything and the confidence I had in him was not misplaced. It was a pleasure to have him as my agent. I thoroughly recommend him and his Agency for all Real Estate matters in the Peninsula.

Luke was professional, had excellent market knowledge, offered great advise with no pressure, but the biggest draw was from the minute we asked Luke to sell our property it was a seamless process. Luke was very easy to work with and made us feel very comfortable. We can't thank Luke and the team at DM Goodsell enough. Thanks Luke..

Luke is easy to talk to, understand and trustworthy. We asked what price we would get a place for, he said a price and no comebacks with counters were made. I offered what he said and it followed on his word (unlike some other agents).

Luke looked after the sale of this property in a professional manner in a very short time frame at a price we were very happy with. We have dealt with Luke on several other property purchases and he has always understood our needs, and been proactive in finding us the properties that exactly suited our needs and price range. I would recommend Luke if you are buying or selling, tell him your requirements and he will work hard for you. I have found him to be honest, upfront and keen to get a good result for you. As an investor, you also have the benefit of a great property management team behind Luke that can manager your property portfolio.

From the very first appraisal, I felt Luke had a strong understanding of the local market. He was totally professional and upfront with costs and marketing strategies. Luke was a brilliant negotiator between myself and the buyer to the point of the agreed sale price exceeding both our expectations! Cannot recommend a better agent!

Excellent Experience! It’s hard to describe just how amazing Luke has been. As first home buyers, Luke was so helpful, professional (and brilliantly funny). We believe we never would have secured the property without him! Luke, we can’t thank you enough!
