Luke inspected the property and then came back with good research and a couple of options on marketing and a campaign plan. Included was also some practical advice on what needed to be done to the property. Luke clearly communicated the process and what to expect. To be honest I was a little skeptical to begin with but Luke clearly had an end goal in mind and kept the sale ( and the vendor ) on course throughout the process.
