As buyers, we found Morgan to be very accommodating. When we wanted to inspect the house we ended up buying outside of the open for inspection times, Morgan arranged for us to do a private inspection. In negotiating the sale price with the owners, Morgan was accommodating in presenting our offers. When we wanted to do a pre-settlement inspection, Morgan was accommodating in arranging this for us. When an issue arose during conveyancing of the sale, again Morgan negotiated a solution. The entire purchase process was smooth and easy due to Morgan's involvement. What we also noted was that despite Morgan being very accommodating to us as buyers, it was clear that he was working for the sellers - which if you are a seller is exactly what you want to hear.
