JMO Strategy Wins Again
Back in April, '23, from the outset, we informed all prospective agents that our choice would not be financially motivated as most agents use a similar base rate, it was basically only the wording that is different. Our decision was made on which agent came to us with the best plan for the sale of our property and Morgan had a plan which was articulated to us in an easily understood manner and the plan was carried out in a manner that benefited both parties. Best Decision We Ever Made!
We had a few real estate agents come through and inspect our house to prepare it for sale, we werent confident we were going to sell until we reched out to Morgan at JMO, and im so glad we did!! The whole process was so easy, and Morgan kept us posted throughout the whole thing !

Outstanding Customer Service
Where do we start, we marketed our property with Morgan & the team at JMO due to their experience in the Ormeau area. From the get go, Morgan was very clear on the marketing strategy & how our place would be presented, the rest is history to say the least. Our property was barely on the market, he had enquiries & registered interest for the first open home on the Saturday. After the open home was finished that Saturday, property on the market for only 3 days, we were presented offers late that afternoon followed by signing contracts on the Sunday. Stress free
I spoke with Morgan about a month before actually listing the property for sale. He wasn’t pushy and stated facts about what he could actually do for me. I contacted him the following month and told him I wanted to list the property for sale and he came back to me the next day with an offer well over what we were expecting.
