Back in April, '23, from the outset, we informed all prospective agents that our choice would not be financially motivated as most agents use a similar base rate, it was basically only the wording that is different. Our decision was made on which agent came to us with the best plan for the sale of our property and Morgan had a plan which was articulated to us in an easily understood manner and the plan was carried out in a manner that benefited both parties.
