From our first meeting with Morgan as elderly pensioners, we felt comfortable putting our house in his capable hands to sell for us. We had about 5 other agents appraise our house the previous year or so , and when we finally decided it was time to sell, Morgan came and appraised our house, there was no pressure sales pitch as experienced with previous agents; it was an easy decision, we both agreed that we would go with Morgan Oliver Real Estate even though Morgaan's appraisal wasn't as much as we expected, house prices were dropping, we knew that we were in capable hands to get the best price in the market of the day. The selling process was pretty daunting for us but Morgan made it easier by being there to answer all our questions sometimes we would ask about the same thing again and he was very patient making sure we understood, helped with contacts to do some maintenance so the property was ready for selling.
