If your looking for a market leader in real estate with specialize knowledge of property sales, Joan Naldrett knows her stuff. I've had multiple business dealings with Joan and find her and Laura, on top of all situations that could arise in the course of selling or buying a property. I would definitely use Joan Naldrett Real Estate again to sell our property.

An agent who excels and exceeds all expectation
Joan has sold two houses for me . This time she sold the house against the odds after I had removed it from the market through sheer exhaustion. In both cases she showed excellent market knowledge, communication skills and plain human kindness. I have bought and sold many houses in my life, all of them for personal use, and I have never met a better agent. Joan rises above the call of duty and convinces me that women make better agents. She is caring, kind and full of compassion for both purchaser and vendor. She is also a skilled negotiator ensuring the best possible price, again beyond expectation. I would recommend Joan to anyone and in fact I wish she could give lessons to agents I have known.
