A very quick sale!
We chose Joan to sell our home after shopping around for an agent based on word of mouth from locals and her positive attitude to our home. She gave us realistic ideas for preparing our home for sale which we did. With a few finishing touches our home was ready for marketing, the photographer did a great job and presented our home showing all its' great features. Our house sold within 4 days and we know that when Joan took potential buyers through, she drew attention to all of the extra features our home had. When selling, it really is important to feel that the agent likes your house because this does comes through when they are marketing it!

Sale of my house.
Joan was very compassionate and understanding of my situation. She kept in contact with me and informed of what was happening. Joan and Laura were fantastic, not only did they make selling our property stress free but found us just the house we were looking for, equally stress free. They listened to us regarding the way we wanted our property marketed and together with Laura's description and the photography of the property ensured we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The house was sold within 10 days of it first going on the market. Joan was always there with any queries we may have had, always returned calls promptly, was never late for appointments and always kept us up to date with what was happening with all parties. I can't say too much in glowing terms about this firm. Joan and her daughter cleaned my house for sale when I was in hospital. Say no more. I got the price I wanted on a fairly unique property of 9 acres, 22 kms out of Wodonga. Joan sells. At fair market value and higher. Buying or selling, you can't go past Joan. And yes, she is a very kind lady

Joan and her team were unbelievable!

Joan was very professional with great ideas for presentation of our property.
Joan was recommended to us by a friend. Selling a home is stressful, but Joan was fantastic in reducing our stress levels through the process. She gave great suggestions for presenting our home and maintained contact with us letting us know what was happening and any relevant comments. Her market knowledge was excellent and we sold our home in three weeks from first advertisement. To say we were thrilled with Joan and her team would be an understatement.
