We chose Joan to sell our home after shopping around for an agent based on word of mouth from locals and her positive attitude to our home. With a few finishing touches our home was ready for marketing, the photographer did a great job and presented our home showing all its' great features. I can't say too much in glowing terms about this firm. Joan and her daughter cleaned my house for sale when I was in hospital. Say no more. I got the price I wanted on a fairly unique property of 9 acres, 22 kms out of Wodonga. Joan sells. At fair market value and higher. Buying or selling, you can't go past Joan.
