We chose Joan to sell our home after shopping around for an agent based on word of mouth from locals and her positive attitude to our home. She gave us realistic ideas for preparing our home for sale which we did. With a few finishing touches our home was ready for marketing, the photographer did a great job and presented our home showing all its' great features. Joan and Laura were fantastic, not only did they make selling our property stress free but found us just the house we were looking for, equally stress free. They listened to us regarding the way we wanted our property marketed and together with Laura's description and the photography of the property ensured we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The house was sold within 10 days of it first going on the market. I can't say too much in glowing terms about this firm. Joan and her daughter cleaned my house for sale when I was in hospital. Say no more. I got the price I wanted on a fairly unique property of 9 acres, 22 kms out of Wodonga. Joan sells. At fair market value and higher. Buying or selling, you can't go past Joan. And yes, she is a very kind lady
