From the beginning of this venture we had a very positive feeling about engaging Joan to sell our home. Joan was here whilst the photographer was present to ensure the photos would be of good quality and present well. We were kept well informed of progress, be it a short time. Joan was engaged to sell my property, this was not an easy task with tenants who attempted to sabotage the sale on a number of occasions. I have heard many stories of difficulties with tenants but I believe my tenants were pretty high up in the list of sneaky conivering, self described as “minister of religion???!!!.
