Very honest and easy to deal with
A real estate agent is primarily there to get the best price for their vendor. Joan is a skilled negotiator and certainly managed this in a very honest, discreet and forthright manner. As a purchaser who has been a long time away from the housing property market, Joan assisted me with both large and small details, was very quick to respond to communications and a pleasure to deal with. If I was selling a property, I would ask her to list it for me.

A delightful, approachable and competent Real Estate Agent !
Purchasing propery is always stressful for buyers, yet Joan's professional and ethical manner put me at my ease very quickly. She was accessible and responded to my communications promptly. Very positive and very professional.
From the beginning of this venture we had a very positive feeling about engaging Joan to sell our home. Joan was here whilst the photographer was present to ensure the photos would be of good quality and present well. We were kept well informed of progress, be it a short time. As amazingly Joan had our home sold in 1 week. We certainly didn't expect that outcome but obviously very pleased with her work. During the negotiations with the buyer and post settlement Joan has been there to assist with any questions or concerns. We highly recommend her professional approach and thank Joan for her work.

Professional
Joan was engaged to sell my property, this was not an easy task with tenants who attempted to sabotage the sale on a number of occasions. I have heard many stories of difficulties with tenants but I believe my tenants were pretty high up in the list of sneaky conivering, self described as “minister of religion???!!!. Joan remained professional and supportive to myself throughout this time and I will be forever great full.

Amazing fresh approach to real estate!
Joan was absolutely amazing as an agent. We came across Joan when viewing a property she had for sale and were so impressed with her friendly yet professional approach that we listed our property with her. Even though she listed it at a higher price than our other appraisals, Joan had our sale under offer and a contract signed within a week. We have dealt with numerous agencies in both buying and selling in the past, and have never had such a genuine and personal approach.
