Selling your house is noted as being a potentially very stressful experience! There's so much that you don't know with regards to what's a realistic price expectation, how to present your property appropriately, what is really happening in the market....in fact there's so many questions that you don't even know that you don't know. We bought our house from Joan and it was such a good experience that we sold through her as well! Joan was honest and knowledgeable. Joan knows her area, her market and listens to her clients. We felt well informed of what we needed to do to get the best price for our house and had an offer within 4 days of listing! Very impressed with Joan. Just wish I'd known about her before I trusted another real estate agent to "manage" the property when tenanted. When I complained to that agent about their poor performance and mentioned I'd be signing with Joan, the principal then bad-mouthed her extensively. At first I believed him but fortunately had second thoughts. She's honest, extremely easy to deal with, stayed in touch regularly and sold my property very quickly. No complaints.
