Nothing was ever too difficult for Joan. She was always only a phone call away. Joan was willing to help out with any home sale related tasks, eben on weekends and holidays. If l wasn't able to be there Joan or staff were there. Joan is very friendly to clients and purchasers but also calm about everything. There were a few hiccups with my home settlement but Joan liased with the purchasers and was always there reassuring both parties. My home had a lot of exposure particularly with open home days.
