I have been with John Cook Real Estate for over 10 years and I have move places 3 times. The first 2 times I was satisfied with the final inspection of my old place and the entry inspection of the new place. The third move really ruined my previous experiences. I was asked to redo the cleaning of my unit which was much cleaner than when I move in, according to the documented inspection. On the other hand, the documented inspection of my new place was far from being right. Most windows are filthy dirty, mouldy, cobwebs, latch lock broken etc. but on the inspection report it says clean. It upset me, that it seems a different rule applies the previous tenant and different rule applied to me. I write some of these in the entry report and disagreeing with the documented final inspection. I usually have a signed copy of this back but its four weeks now and I still have not get a copy.
