Having dealt with Simon on several transactions in the past we had no hesitation in recruiting him for the difficult sale of the above property that we had purchased from another agent. Simon worked every possible angle to achieve a sale ie open house media advertising relocating the for sale sign suggest certain internal changes ie paint brick wall move breakfast bar this resulted in him selling the unit for the highest price in the block.
