one of our best experiences of selling our home, we approached Elie when we first thought about selling, along with 2 other agents, we thought open listing was the go, so who ever sells it gets paid, unfortunately they worked against each other and we the clients suffered, the pressure they put on us to accept a number of contracts for $100k plus less was awful . Elie said give it a go then call me, he explained exclusive was the best way and wished us luck with the other two agency's, we called Elie and after 2 months we decided to list exclusive with Joseph Douglas realty. And , wow what a difference, new photos, new listing, fantastic board in full colour out the front of the property, he qualified all potential buyers and gave us honest feed back, and within 6 weeks he sold it great result for everyone.
