Joyce property has been our property manager for the last 16 years and have been doing an excellent job of marketing the property, leasing it out to reliable tenants with good references. They had always inspected the property on regular basis to ensure it is kept clean and tidy and deal with maintenance and repairs promptly. Communication of the income and expenses are always on schedule and well managed. If necessary the property manager will phone me to discuss and agree on actions to be done with regards to management of the property.

Nothing but Lies from the day of the inspection. "Agents" extremley rude and disrespectful, but at the same time demanding they are treated with the utmost respect - 3 agents came to to do routine inspections, none had the manners to introduce themselves when showing up at your door and constantly demanding access to the appartment!
