We are happy because you have found our tenants. So thank you for that. But I think if we have a better communication that would have given you a five star ratings. Example: we didn’t know there was a home open on one Saturday morning, I was just got out of bed still in my robe. The intercom bell went, we answered when someone said they are coming for a home open. We of course said sorry no home open. At that time our place was leased, as we’ve been told. So the door was opened, with us not prepared and I was still in my robe. Totally understand mistakes happen. But better communication amongst the real estate agents and the landlords would have been appreciated.
