So far.... Joyce have been amazing. As a tenant it often feels like you don’t matter, you get shafted at every opportunity. Which more often than not you have to just take on the chin or you’re potentially living out of hotels, or worse homeless. I have no confidence in Michael Tran as a leasing agent, because the progress reports we received appeared were pro-forma with no personal insight into the prospective tenants. I have previously rated Joyce Property as excellent and have been with them for over a decade. If it hadn't been for our extremely good relationship with Adrienne, I would have rated this last experience much poorer. In short, Adrienne saved the day. Michael needs to concentrate on getting personal advice, not "cookie-cutter" advice from pro-formas, into his progress and final reports.
