I have two units managed by Jeffree Real Estate. As a manging agent, all flows well and services are timely. It is when something goes wrong that both the owner and tenant benefit; from experienced staff, established contractors, and support processes. This is when the real added value surfaces.

Great work by property manager
Natalie was very professional and supportive during a difficult post rental situation. She was also very helpful with completing a property upgrade in a tight timeframe, providing connections to great tradespeople and quickly securing new tenants and a higher weekly rent that expected.
