Also, Natalie has been a wealth of knowledge for me with dealing with the other situation and giving me guidance with what to do about an NCAT complaint and a bond issue. Absolutely beautiful person with all the knowledge and help you should expect from a Property Manager.

Georgia from Century 21, Gymea exceeded our expectations. We are renting our house out for 6 months while we travel Australia and we were a bit nervous. From the first meeting Georgia put us at ease with her clear market knowledge and extensive experience. We agreed on a price which was higher than we thought we could get and she was spot on. The place was rented to a lovely family for asking price at the first open house. The service has continued to exceed expectations with Georgia attending herself when the tenants said a pipe was leaking under the sink. Believe it or not but Georgia tightened the S-bend herself. Georgia snd Century 21, Gymea are in my opinion the best.
