Trent and his team at C21 have been looking after our properties for over 30 years and we are extremely happy with the time and effort they take to ensure we have good tenants and that the properties are maintained in good condition. Natalie, our property manager, (and our previous property managers), has always taken the time to consult us as soon as there are any issues and we, in turn, act promptly to respond in order to keep our tenants safe and happy. I must say, in all these years, we have probably only had about three change of tenants per property!!!
