Anytime a request is made for a repair, the works are undertaken immediately and always with a smile on her face. In all our years of renting, we’ve never dealt with a property manager like this. Having owned and rented, we’ve seen both sides of the coin and it is far more common to be treated less than, being a renter - not for one second have we been made to feel that way with Kimberley.
