We are so happy that we had the pleasure of working with Luke to sell our house. He was always available for a chat if required and he updated us everyday with reports and feedback from potential buyers. Having moved to the other end of the world while selling our house, we knew it was in capable hands with Luke, thank you so much for everything.

Luke was the most thorough and hard working agent we could have hoped for. His attention to detail from the outset to settlement was second to none. Luke is extremely professional in his approach taking time to understand the location, the property and the people involved. All in all highly recommend Luke!

This was the second house we had sold through Julie Ormston. The service Julie supplied to us was exceptional. From the outset, Julie and her office were very professional and friendly. From suggestions on how to prepare the house for sale, to advertising. Julie was able to get a buyer for the house within a week of listing the property, and she was able to get a price higher than what we were hoping for. What a great experience for us. Stress free (hard work preparing the house), and a great result. Thanks Julie

He is a wonderful communicator! He consistently went out of his way to meet our needs. We would highly recommend buying and selling with Luke. We love our new home!

So glad we chose Julie to sell our house - we could not have chosen a better agent. Communication was great, professional, valid suggestions. If I was selling another house, Julie would be the first person I would contact. Her team were so helpful all the way through. Good follow up if we missed something. Thank you so much.

Luke was fantastic to deal with, right from the initial meeting through to settlement. His knowledge of the market was exceptional and his campaign was well thought out and tailored to our home and target market. We achieved an excellent result and a lot of that is due to Luke’s efforts. Would use again and recommend to others!
