Luke approached our home by just a random door knock. Selling was always something in the back of our minds as it just wasn’t the area we wanted to be in for work and children’s school purposes. Luke did an appraisal in 2020, just as covid had started. The market had dropped at this stage so we decided it wasn’t the right time for us, but we would reassess every 6 months.
