I'd contacted Julie regarding a property I'd seen previously advertised, only to find it was no longer on the market. Less than two weeks later she made contact, inviting us to view a potential property she had just listed. The day of the open we were greeted by her bubbly, friendly and professional manner. Staying closely available for questions, Julie was also discreetly keeping enough distance, allowing us privacy to comfortably discuss our thoughts. We received a follow up call the next day and our subsequent call was promptly answered the following day when we rang to make an offer. We were updated regularly as to the progress and ultimate acceprance of our offer. During a mutually agreed long settlement excellent communication was maintained with regular contact. Julie was also able to recommend and arrange Building and Pool inspections for us. Settlement and key handover (which included a lovely gift) was seamless. It's truly felt that we gained a friend as well as a Real Estate Agent. I would highly recommend Julie whether buying or selling.
