In all the interactions we've had with her while we were looking, Julie was extremely knowledgable about the houses she had available, if she thought they'd be suitable for our needs, the immediate area and amenities. After we finally found our house Julie was in contact with us frequently to update us on our offer, enquire about our own progress and has very good local contacts for any services needed during the purchasing/selling process. Julie was very knowledgeable about the home's suburb and features, and the statutory process involved in purchasing homes in WA. She was at all times prompt in providing answers to our questions and flexible in enabling extra viewings of the property, including over the Xmas/New Year period. Julie is a friendly and hard-working professional who quickly earned our confidence. She was able to offer information about other professionals who could assist with our decision to purchase (eg, building consultants to assess soundness; Settlement Agents) and was transparent about her working relationships with others. In particular, she worked hard to enable us to make an offer that could be acceptable to vendors as well as reasonable for us.

Offer after one opening and a second viewing. Agreed offer and acceptance with in 10 days of Julie receiving instructions to sell. Sell price only slightly under expectations.
