We were selling a house in the hills (another agent) and our rental in Pearsall which was entrusted to Julie.........OMG what a difference in service. Nothing was to hard for Julie's Team, everything was done for me with a smile. The price was not inflated just to get my business, in fact Julie was spot on with her appraisal. I was informed every step of the way verbally and via email with all that was happening. Our little house even had a glossy pamphlet and a super sized sign to help get that sale. Julie's negotiation skills are second to none,which makes me feel a bit sorry for Frank as like most of us blokes we can never win a discussion.....Franks got no chance. If I had a Con it would be that they don't work in the hills, otherwise I would be sure to sell my house as well We can't thank you enough Julie and Team and we would not hesitate to recommend you guys to potential buyers / sellers. We were buyers and I found all the staff from the sales team to the support and admin team to be exceptionally knowledgeable and very approachable with nothing too much trouble. Julie and her staff went further than most companies would, in our particular case a medical emergency brought out a very kind and caring side to a real estate company that was better than anyone could do. I fully recommend them for buying or selling.
