As with our selling of 12 Acheson Crescent Woodvale the buying of this property went without any problems. As time goes by we have found building errors such as electrical faults requiring many faulty power switches to be replaced & incorrect wiring in the ceiling etc, but in saying that no-one was to know at the time of purchase. I also felt at the time the buying price was a little high but there again we received a good result with the selling of Acheson Crescent. (Cant have it both ways) ? All in all a good result and very much appreciated. Would be nice if we were classified as Woodvale & not Wanneroo as this is a huge catchment with sadly some stigma attached due to mixed standards of properties.
