After the acceptance of the offer on Marmion, there was a period of 2 weeks + without any communication from One Agency. Probably no info to communicate to us but we felt we would have liked to hear something.. Particularly concerning was when 21 days after Acceptance had passed and still the "deal" had not been advised as unconditional. We were concerned about this delay and found the need to contact both One Agency and the Settlement Agent for an update. A slightly harrowing time. Otherwise, the sale was well handled and we'd have no hesitation to recommend Julie to friends as their Agent.
