Our family was working through a deceased estate period and seeking to ofload a family owned investement property. Sharon was incredibly patient through the whole process. She was engaging, actively sought to work through solutions to benefit the family, and put in a lot more effort than she was ultimately compensated for though her commission in my opinion. This was not an easy sale. Sharon kept the family apprised routinely throughout the process, negotiated with clients and engaged repair people on our behalf. To complicate matters, and in addition to a contracting property market, there were conflicting interests and the property was some 30+ minutes from her home office. I'm sure I speak on behalf of our entire family in saying we are very appreciative for her efforts, patience and perseverence through the sale process.
